Friday, February 16, 2007 The Spectrum Daily News Leroy George Wurst Lee Wurst passed away on February 12, 2007 at Dixie Regional Hospital. He was born on October 11, 1926, in Los Angeles, CA. Lee was a veteran of World Maritime Service Marines. He graduated from the Los Angeles Police Academy, and also attended War in the and the Merchant USC and UCLA with a major in accounting. In 1950, he passed the Enrolled Agent's exam which allowed him to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.

In 1975, Lee was elected National President of Enrolled Agent's. He was an Eagle Scout and a former member of the National Board of Boy Scouts, and was a 32nd Degree Mason and member of the American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte; children, Karel Wollaston, James, Sherrill Pretty, Randall, and Jeffrey; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 17, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the Washington City Cemetery, Washington, UT.

Friends and family are invited to offer their condolences at www.spil Rebecca Blaquiere CEDAR CITY Rebecca Blaquiere, 85 passed away quietly on Monday, February 12, 2007 at Kolob Regional Care and Rehabilitation Center in Cedar City, Utah.

She was born in New York City on February 11, 1922 the fifth of seven children born to Italian Immigrants Guiseppe and Giovanna Pensabene. Rebecca spent her earlier years in Brooklyn, New York as a loving mother and devoted housewife. The Blaquiere family migrated to Southern California in 1968 where Rebecca began her career as a cook in local area schools. Her most recent employment was preparing meals for hundreds of employees on a daily basis at the general dynamics plant in Pomona, California during the 70s and 80s. A devoted Catholic, she thoroughly enjoyed her worship and service at St.

Joseph Church in Pomona. Her lifelong love of music brought her to become a member of the church choir where she served for over a decade. In later years, she derived great joy in spending as much time as possible with her six grandchildren. Her limitless love and devotion brought them all tremendous support and comfort. Rebecca is preceded in death by her husband Frank, 1971 and her daughter, Judy Weersing, 1988.

She is survived by her son Ro-nald Joseph Blaquiere of New Harmony, UT. Grandchildren, Todd J. Blaquiere of Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Nicholas J. Blaquiere of Upland, CA.

Chanel Weddle of Salt Lake City, UT. Michelle Weersing of Garden Grove, CA. Christopher Weersing of Huntington Beach, CA. Theresa Vasquez of Victorville, CA. Great Grandchildren Reanna, Roy, Selena and Shawn Vasquez.

Funeral Mass will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church in Cedar City, Utah at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 17, 2007. Interment will follow immediately at the town of New Harmony Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at Kolob Regional Care and Rehabilitation and Zion's way hospice for allowing Rebecca to spend her last days with us in comfort and dignity. Kylee made her debut 15 minutes before her identical twin sister on July 15, 1987, in St. George, Utah. She was the beloved daughter of Tracy and Karen Tatton Christensen. Kylee and her twin sister came to this earth in imperfect bodies and she struggled valiantly until the very end.

Kylee attended Dixie Downs Elementary, Manti Elementary, Ephraim Middle School and graduated form Manti High School in 2004. Kylee always had a smile and a friendly "Hi" for everyone. She loved to go "bye bye" and get a coke. Her love of Coke remained until her passing. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 19, 2007, at 12 Noon, in the Manti 8th LDS Ward Chapel, 295 South Main, in Manti. Friends may call at the ward chapel in Manti on Sunday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and again at the ward chapel on Monday from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Manti City Cemetery.

Online guestbook at www.maglebymort uary.com Joseph Deloy McNeil Joseph Deloy "Dee" McNeil died February 13, 2007 in the Beaver Valley Hospital. He was born in Benson, Arizona to Joseph and Emma Lena Thomas McNeil on February 10, 1914. The family moved to Miami, Arizona where Dee's two brothers, Clyde and Ray, were born. During the Great Depression, when the copper mines closed down in Miami, the McNeils moved to Casa Grande, Arizona, where in high school, Dee met Edith Lamoreaux.

They were married on September, 11, 1942. Dee was always trying to learn all that he could about mechanics, electrical things, and computers, which he never gave up on. He and Edith ran Dee's Radio TV for about 35 years in Casa Grande. He and their only child, Larry Dee, were great pals and worked on automobiles and all things together. He was a great husband, father, grandfather and uncle.

Dee is survived by his wife, Edith, son, Larry Dee (Elizabeth), and grandchildren, Patricia, John, Carrie, Criag, Corey, and Christie. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. The McNeil family wishes to thank all who have been kind and loving during Dee's and Edith's tri- als, especially the doctors, nurses, and nurses aides from the Beaver Hospital, LaChelle, Cheryl, Greg, Nicole, and all the others from Horizon Home Care. Online condolences can be sent to our website at www.southernutahmortuary.com Julia Ann Ball Loveland Julia Ann Loveland, 91, died Wednesday, February 14, 2007 in Rexburg, Idaho at the Homestead Assisted Living. Julia was born May 9, 1915 in Heman, Idaho, the daughter of Thomas Ball and Sarah Amelia Dowell. She married Orville Gray Loveland on August 3, 1934.

Their marriage was later sealed in the Idaho Falls Temple on January 20, 1949. Julia and Orville lived in Salem, Idaho until June 1958 when they purchased a farm in Milo, Idaho and lived there until their move to St. George, Utah in May of 1972. Orville died in Sept 1974. Julia lived in St.

George, Utah by her daughter Shirley until her recent move to the Homestead in Rexburg. Julia was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints. She served as a primary teacher where she enjoyed being with and loving the little children. She also served as a temple worker in the St. George temple for many years which she enjoyed very much.

Julia was known as "Grandma Bubbles" or "Grandma Loveable" to her grandchildren. Julia is survived by her daughter, Shirley (Garn) Huskinson of St. George, UT, three sons, Max (Pearl) Loveland and Ray (Jacque) Loveland of Rexburg, ID and Jerry (Lynette) Loveland of Orem, UT. She is also survived by a brother, Thomas Ball of Nampa, ID and a sister, Rose Stratton of Payson, UT. Julia has 21 grandchildren and 54 great- grandchildren and 2 great-great- granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 10 brothers, 3 sisters, husband, Orville, daughter, Sherrie Lynn Spila, granddaughter, Lisa Lynn Spila and great granddaugter, Lauren Nicole Bell. The family would like to express their appreciation to her doctor and those at the Homestead Assisted Living who so kindly assisted her in the last years of her life. Funeral services will be held at the Flamm Funeral Home in Rexburg, ID on Saturday, February 17, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Friends may call at the funeral home Saturday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services.

LaDessa Miller La Dessa Crawford Dennett Miller, 90, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at 8:00 a.m. in the Mesa View Regional Hospital after a short bout with pneumonia. She was born July 18, 1916 in Springdale, Utah, the fourth of seven children born to William Louis and Mary Jane Bean Crawford.

She received her elementary schooling in Springdale and attended high school in Hurricane and St. George. She married Jacob Post in 1934 and later divorced. She married Adrian Dennett in 1936, the marriage being later solemnized in the St. George Temple.

Adrian died in 1968. In February, 1971, LaDessa married William (Bill) Christian Miller. The couple spent twenty-eight happy years together in their home in Rockville until his death in October, 1999. LaDessa was a valued employee of the Utah Parks Company for several years where she made many friendships at the cafeteria in Zion National Park. She loved to read and share her knowledge with others.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints and served as a visiting teacher in the Relief Society, as a visiting teacher supervisor and as assistant Ward Librarian. She was skilled in needlework and enjoyed making many kinds of crocheted, knitted and embroidered items which she gave to relatives, friends, and other residents of the rest home as Christmas gifts. Her artistic tastes were further expressed in the peacocks she and Bill raised and their love of animals extended to many homeless cats which they fed. Most of all, though, she loved the visits of her many friends in her home and later at the Highland Manor. She is survived by her children, Channing Davis (Bud) Miller, his wife Marian Belle, seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren, brother Jasper Louis (Fern) Crawford, St.

George; sisters Elva Twitchell, Henderson, Nevada; Beth Dennett, Cedar City; and Lily (Dale) Russell, Henderson, Nevada; brother-inlaw Walter Hosey, Springdale. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her brother Lloyd and sister Bulah Hosey. The family wishes to thank the management and staff of Highland Manor. Assisted Living Facility for the excellent care given LaDessa during her stay there. The funeral will be in the Springdale Ward Chapel at 1:00 p.m.
