LOCAL OBITUARIES The Spectrum Daily News Wednesday, July 9, 2008 A7 www.thespectrum.com Support Groups OBITUARIES Kleda Gillins Bonnie Ann has been living in Ashley, ND, but was on her way to St. George for a family reunion. Bonnie was full of life and loved animals, which she always had a house full, including dogs, cats, birds and even a goat to name a few. She seemed to be at her happiest when caring for them. Bonnie is now free of all her pain and illnesses.

It was a hard ride. Rest in peace, darling, and know we all loved you very much. Bonnie is survived by her parents, Vinton and Mary ParkeF of LaVerkin; her children, Vinton Eric (Randa) Laws of Steilacom, WA; and Valerie Michelle Foster of Battle Lake, MN; her grandchildren Arianna and Zachary Laws and Joseph, Austin and Deven Foster; brothers, Kevin Wm. (Robyn) of Bonny Lake, WA; and Danial Vinton (Kim) Parker of Highland Ranch, CO; sisters, Tara Lynn Ferrin and Kathlene Marie (Brian) Shaw, both of St. George; three aunts, DeEtte (Jay) Shields, VaLene Shaffer and Rosalie (Ed) Mills Quintana of Salt Lake City; and many nephews and nieces.

There will be a celebration of life to be held at a family reunion on July 12th. Bonnie will be cremated and put to rest with her Grandma Helen Eardley, who she shared a special bond with. Deloris A. Holgerson and she will be greatly missed. Deloris was a very active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in many callings with the Relief Society, Cub Scouts and Primary and loved working with children.

Later, she was able to serve in several callings in the Temple and with George, served a Service Mission in the St. George, UT, Bishop's Storehouse. Preceded in Death by: Husband, Harold E. Scovill; Father, John Wierenga, "Dad," John Wetzel; Niece, Monique Webb; Nephew, Brett Staker. Survived by: Husband, George N.

Holgerson, Washington, UT; Mother, Alice Wetzel, St. George, UT; Children; Daniel (LuAnn Tenney) Scovill, Mesa, AZ, Vickie (J.T.) Boyd, Mesa, AZ, Stepdaughter, Terry Murphy, Huntsville, UT; Grandchildren; Alex Boyd and Danielle Murphy; Brothers and Sisters; Margaret (Frank) Vega, Ward (Cathy) Green-wall, Joe (Sally) Greenwall, Earl (Lanie) Greenwall, Mildred (Keith) Graham, Robert (JoAnn) Wetzel, Joyce (Steve) Arvig, Carl (llene) Wetzel. Lynn Walker, sister Debra Ann Walker of Cedar City, Utah; brother Brian Lee Walker of Pocatello, Idaho; and sister Tammie LucindaTidwell (Stephen) of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Grandchildren; Shawn Ryan Walker and Sofia Marie Walker of Las Vegas, Nevada. She is proceeded in death by her father Gerald Lynn Walker. Linda loved life and laughter; she especially enjoyed boating, shooting, fishing and camping with her husband and family: She had a passion for music and was a self-taught pianist. Linda's grandchildren were her pride and joy; she enjoyed spoiling them whenever possible. She was i a take charge person; if there was a problem that needed to be addressed she was ready and willing to help out Linda was employed at C-mart as a manager, and was a valuable asset to the company.

She was a beautiful woman, loved by all who knew her and always found good in others. A daughter of God who loved the Lord Jesus Christ Dear Linda, we may not see you for a while but we know your spirit and love is near. Our memories of you and your laughter will remain in our hearts forever. Funeral services are being held on Friday, July 11, 2008, 11 :00 a.m. at the LaVerkin 7th Ward, 70 S.

She was bom on April .11, 1918 to Ernest and tola Barlocher in Enterprise, Utah and married Reed James Gillins on May 14, 1941 in the St George LDS Temple. They had two children, Sherrie and Elaine. She is survived by her daughter, Sherrie Thompson of Utah; a brother, Leo Barlocher of Enterprise, Utah; a sister, Myrtle Singleton of Enterprise, Utah; nine grandchildren; and twenty six great grandchildrenShe was preceded in death by her husband Reed Gillins, daughter Elaine Welch, and sisters Florence Myers Thella Marshall. Services will be held at the Milford LDS Church on Friday, July 11th with a viewing from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. with the funeral following at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will be at the Milford City Cemetery under the direction of Southern Utah Mortuary. Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend was taken from us on July 5, 2008 in an untimely car accident She was born January 2, 1955 in Sacramento, California and was the loved daughter of Gerald and Dona Walker. Linda married James Thomas Freng for time on March 22, 1 987 in Las Vegas, NV and was later sealed for eternity on May 5, 2007 in the St. George Temple.

Deloris had great love for people and loved being a wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, babysitter, companion, friend, and confidant.
