Isaksen unveiled his newest project a 2200 acre master planned community in Hurricane called Outlaw Ridge Resort and Golf Community Isaksen presented the plan for a destination resort hotel signature golf course mixed with about 4000 homes along with 200 acres of commercial property along State Route 9 Not one shovelful of dirt has been moved at the pro ject site but Isaksen presi dent and broker of Sun Realty Corp who worked on the Entrada at Snow Canyon project said a lot of work has already been done Several key issues pn the project are still being worked out including financing for the color Light Emitting Diode sign in St George installed in front of their business St George Motorcars co owner Darin Toone said the sign is meant to be a good way of catching attention always good to be on the cutting Toone said The sigh has been in oper ation since Monday and offers full color moving pictures much like a televi sion screen It uses the same technology that highway departments have used for years to warn motorists of hazards but those signs use larger LED displays with no color Aside from advertising cars and other specials the new sign will provide safety reminders to all Bluff
