www.thespectfum.com SOUTHWEST LIVING Sunday, May 13, 2007 The Spectrum Daily News D3 Anniversaries The BellTower ESTABLISHED: April 22,2006 OWNER: Debbie Peysar, Wedding Consultant, Vintage Celebrations, Weddings and -Events Inc. (EST. August 1999) AREA OF BUSINESS: Southern Nevada-Northern Utah MISSION STATEMENT: To the last detail: It's all in the details, even the smallest of details. VINTAGE CELEBRATIONS ON THE NET: ft on Feb. 13, just after attending a wedding reception there.

They brought all their plans to her and basically gave her free reign of their wedding planning. Along with planning and arranging what they want, Peysar's main job is to provide them and their family with a worrystress-free event. Peysar and her team of a personal assistant, Claudia Sanchez, a staffer who sets up the day before the event, a full catering staff, and a personal chef Petrice Burningham. Between the first consultation and the reception day, Clint and Trichele have gone into see Peysar for, what she calls, maintenance meetings, where they go -over everything and make sure there aren't any changes, and if they are, then they put them into motion. Peysar also works with the vendors, such as the florist Bloomers, photographer, and music they have planned.

Peysar says, "I think, with The BellTower, one of the reason people come here is for the worrystress-free atmosphere that we provide, but also because we do the custom event. Nobody's going to come in and see Trichele's wedding again. She's been able to pick the things she wants to do: her menus and different things like that to where it's just different than the next bride that comes in." Trichele is able to be at ease. She and Clint have decided that everything is going to be as low-key as possible. The married-cou-ple-to-be have even decided not to have a best man or maid of honor.

With out a maid of honor, one of Tichele's friends took it upon herself to throw a bridal shower. In addition to the shower she had with her friends, her family had a shower for her the weekend after. With two showers, Trichele really didn't need a maid of honor to do things that could be done without one. i Now that they are less than a week away from the big event, Clint and Trichele are getting i closer and closer to the beginning to the rest of their life together. To be continued June 23...

INVITED Continued from Dl Clint was remaining calm and was impressed with Trichele, as she took it upon herself, since they were going to her family's place there, to take responsibility in fixing everything. Clint was extremely impressed by her level headedness, and Trichele was thankful for his support and understanding. It was then that they both realized that there was something more to their relation- ship than what they had The Proposal After that, they had started looking at wedding rings.

They had found a ring that they both liked, but Trichele was sure that they couldn't afford it. She thought that if they did get it, they would have a cubic zirconia placed until they would be able to afford a diamond. They knew they wanted to get married and were starting to prepare for that day, but it wasn't until February that Clint took it upon himself to take the next step. "I think, for our relationship," he said, "it was good for us to go on these trips together, to see how we are day to day, how we handle things." He knew that they would be perfect together and not marrying here wouldn't make sense. He had planned the whole night without her knowledge.

He even enlisted the assistance of her brother and sister-in-law with the preparations and setting up an intricate ambiance of romance. With all the preparations he had brother and sister-in-law setting up, he had also planned on taking her out to eat until everything was set The rest of Trichele's family was aware of Clint's plans, so when they said they were going out to eat and Trichele said she and Clint would come with them, they didn't know what to do, but Trichele insisted they were going with them. She tried reaching him on his cell to tell him to come with them, but after several tries, she gave up and just told her family they could go without him. Clint showed up just in time to go to dinner with Trichele and her family. What he had expected to be a long dinner so her brother and sister-in-law could set up, Was quickly turning into a fast- ST.

Then there's the Bank Club. It's now another of the town's bars, but it was originally built in the 1 860s to serve as the Pioche Bank.

The old vault still sits in the back and now serves as the tavern's liquor room, says bartender Linda Rosemark as she pulls open the heavy vault door to reveal original safety deposit boxes sitting among the bottles of alcohol. 1 1 ST. George. A family gathering will be held prior to the open house. Now we are engaged in a great celebration testing whether her family and friends are so dedicated that they could endure an open house to be held at the Howard and Nelda Whitehead home front, 2314 S. Southgate Hills Drive, St. George.

We are coming to dedicate a portion of that Whitehead day, Saturday, May 19, 2007, as a celebration of Nelda's 90 years. We extend this invitation to her friends and family. It is all together fitting and proper that we should do this, and please, no gifts. The 6 children, along with posterity numbering 78, request your presence between 2 and 6 p.m. on that day.

It is for us, the living, to come and celebrate her life, that we here highly resolve that this lady shall not live in vain; that this lady shall be given a new burst of energy and that this celebration of Nelda, by family, and for all family and friends shall not be a bust! Despite it's origin as a financial institution, the Bank Club has been a bar for decades. Rosemark says there are plenty of old stories about the establishment's heyday. She sums up the Bank Club's history with words similar to those used by Pioche residents to describe their town's rowdy past "I guess it used to be a pretty good, swingin' place back in the day." and a ten A food fiasco. Clint was text mes- saging with her brother the whole time. Clint was so worried that they would get finished eating and have to kill time until her brother and sister-in-law were finished setting up.

When they did finish eating, they still had quite a bit of time to kill, so Clint started driving around aimlessly, even taking her up to a new gas station to show it off. Trichele thought he was acting weird yet was completely oblivious to anything Clint had planned. It was, Trichele who had suggested that they go to the LDS Temple Visitor Center. They stopped and Clint suggested they walk around the temple grounds. Trichele thought it was rather ridiculous to do so considering how cold it was.

Clint convinced her to do it by telling her that they wouldn't be long. Unbeknownst to Trichele, yet quite to Clint's surprise that she had suggested they go there, that is where Clint had had Trichele's brother and sister-in-law arrange the setting for his proposal. They walked around for a while until he led her to the gazebo that had been decorated just for the moment. It was then that Trichele realized what was going on. Clint started to speak and found he was at a loss for words; "First, he was being all goofy and nervous," Trichele said of that night "Then he was all speechless.

He said, 'I hope you know how much I love and then he got down on his knee. Trichele said yes, and that was the beginning to the next chapter of their life together. PIOCHE Continued from Dl the old Masonic Lodge, a crumbling miner's cabin and the stately but condemned Mountain View Hotel, where President Jlerbert Hoover stayed in 1930. One especially interesting building is the Million Dollar Courthouse, which stands next to the Mountain View Hotel on Lacour Street. Allan Malintak, a tour guide with the long white beard of a turn-of-the-century prospector, tells the story of how the original 1871 price tag of $16,400 somehow ballooned through debt to about $1 million when the county finally paid it off in 1936. In addition to historical artifacts around the courthouse, a variety of mannequins occupy seats behind desks, in the jury box and even in the attached jail cell. This particular jail is about to receive some national publicity on the Angel Mindfreak." In early April, illusionist Criss Angel visited the jail to film a Harry Houdini-like escape for his show's third season, which begins in June.
